DOTS Wellness is conveniently located in Hall Park at 2591 Dallas Parkway, Suite 300, Frisco, Texas 75034. We're off the Dallas North Tollway near Gaylord Parkway. Our office is on the 3rd floor, overlooking the Hall Park gardens and nestled in the renowned Texas Sculpture Garden.
What areas do you serve?
I serve clients in-person in Frisco and the surrounding areas — Plano, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, and Dallas — and virtually via secure telehealth across the United States.
Where do I check-in for an appointment at your Frisco clinic?
When you arrive, check in at the front desk on the 3rd floor. The receptionist will inform me that you've arrived. I’ll greet you in the lobby and walk you back to my private office.
Do you accept walk-ins at your Frisco chronic illness clinic?
No. All visits are by appointment only to ensure you receive focused, uninterrupted time.
Is your office in Frisco at Hall Park ADA accessible?
Yes. The building offers ground-level entry, elevator access, ADA-compliant restrooms, and wide hallways for mobility devices. Free surface parking is available directly outside the main entrance.

Yes. I offer virtual telehealth. Many of my clients are outside of Texas, and the geographical distance has never been an obstacle to healing.

A virtual telehealth visit is an appointment with a healthcare provider that takes place remotely, using technology like video conferencing or phone calls, instead of an in-person visit. It allows for the same deep assessment, personalized plans, and ongoing support as in-person care.
