Most doctors and specialists focus on symptoms, quick fixes, or a single system. My approach is different because I look at the whole picture—your history, your mind and body connection, and the root causes driving your illness across all of your systems. I combine functional medicine and psychotherapy to heal both body and psyche, uncovering hidden patterns, clearing subconscious obstacles, and creating a plan that restores health on every level. It’s not about managing symptoms; it’s about helping your body truly restore balance so you can feel well again. Learn more about my approach here.
Yes! I’m happy to work with adults, teens, and children. For younger kids, I often partner closely with parents or caregivers to make the process simple and supportive. My goal is to create a plan that feels doable for the whole family while helping your child feel safe, understood, and cared for every step of the way.
Expect a conversation with an integrative, holistic health expert who gets you and genuinely cares about figuring out why you feel the way you do. A conversation that goes deeper than any you’ve had with a doctor. Because I take the time to listen and get to know you. I don't rush you out of my office after 15 minutes.
More importantly, I listen not just to your symptoms, but to your story.
I'm like a health detective sorting through clues until I find the smoking gun. I connect the dots between your symptoms, emotional stressors, medical history, personal history, lifestyle patterns, and more.
Doctors ignore these important clues. Doctors do not take the time to investigate the crime scene and immerse themselves in your entire health history. Without detailed knowledge of a crime scene, how can a detective solve the case?
My goal is to determine why you feel the way you do — and what to do about it.
Sessions are collaborative, educational, and deeply personalized. You’ll leave with clear next steps, helpful resources, a sense of direction — and answers.

Sessions are as long as we need to fully address the information we need to cover. Depending on where you are in your recovery, session lengths will vary.
The first step on your healing journey is the 30-minute Dots Connect. Then, you'll attend your Dots Deep Dive, which is 90 minutes. Support sessions, Dots Follow-Ups, are 30 minutes for shorter subjects and 60 minutes for more in-depth conversations. Learn more here.
Every person heals at a different pace, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all number. Many clients begin with a few follow-ups in the first couple of months to build momentum, then space them out as their health improves. Some need only a handful of sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support as we work through deeper layers. We’ll create a follow-up plan tailored to your progress, goals, and comfort level. What's most important is that you're seeing results and feeling better!
My goal is to provide high-value, personalized care that actually moves the needle on your health. I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice — just real answers and real results.

When you’re living with chronic illness, the last thing you need is another obstacle between you and healing.
That’s why I built Dots Wellness as a virtual-first clinic.
Meeting online removes the stress of travel, waiting rooms, and exposure to environmental triggers, so you can focus fully on recovery.
Virtual care isn’t a shortcut — it’s a smarter way to deliver root-cause medicine.
It allows for deeper conversations, more consistent follow-up, and the ability to implement changes in your real-life environment, where healing actually happens.
Whether you’re managing fatigue, pain, or complex health issues, virtual care brings expert guidance directly to you—safe, secure, and on your terms.

At Dots Wellness, we’re proud to be insurance-free. That means your care is guided by what’s best for your health, not what’s billable on a claim form.
Insurance companies often limit the time, depth, and type of care you receive—but functional medicine and integrative psychotherapy don’t fit into those tiny boxes.
Being insurance-free allows us to: ✔ Spend more time with you (no rushed 15-minute visits) ✔ Go deeper to uncover root causes, not just treat symptoms ✔ Create truly personalized plans tailored to you, not a diagnosis code ✔ Recommend the best labs, treatments, and supplements without restriction
We believe your healing shouldn’t be dictated by red tape. Our clients value the freedom, flexibility, and results that come with choosing a practitioner who works for you, not an insurance company.
Of course, it would be unethical of me to guarantee results by a certain time frame.
Generally speaking, depending on the root cause and treatment plan, some clients start to notice improvements in 7-14 days. Of course, transformative change does not happen over night, and long-term healing takes time.
Considering that you are a unique human being with a very specific set of symptoms and circumstances... Your evolution to optimal health is a marathon, not a sprint. You're on a magnificent journey to the best version of you. It's hard to put a date on that. :)
Also, I'm not the boss of you. Your results depend on you. Results themselves are up to interpretation. Timing is based on a plethora of influencing factors. Your body will respond differently to treatment than others. Only you can decide if you feel improvements or positive changes because you are the only expert on you.
I sincerely believe that our work together provides you with growth and transformation, but I cannot guarantee or expect that to be the case. Having said that, I have confidence in my approach, training, and skill set. I'm confident that our work together will be rewarding, but I cannot guarantee results. I would be suspicious of anyone who does.
If you follow the treatment plan and diligently work the work, you'll get results. I have a long history of helping people achieve their health goals and resolving root cause of chronic illness. I trust our work together will provide you with a similar success story.
Because I'm a holistic health detective who knows that mind and body are integrated. There is a vast communication network between mind and body. For example, science has proven there exists a gut-brain axis that allows communication to flow freely. Mind and body work in concert. To truly heal, we must not ignore this sacred integration.

No, I am not a doctor.
In fact, when someone asks me that question, I feel like Erin Brockovich in that movie scene when asked if she's a lawyer.
I'm a health detective who genuinely cares about figuring out why you feel the way you do. And, more importantly, helping you fix the root cause of your physical and mental health struggles.
More specifically, I'm a functional medicine practitioner and licensed professional counselor (LPC). In addition, I'm a triple certified coach, and I hold the Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP). I'm a candidate for certified functional medicine practitioner (IFMCP) and completed all of my training in functional medicine through the prestigious Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
